Retail Assistant Manager - Full-Time
About The Position
The Retail Assistant Manager assists in supervising a store team focused on creating an unforgettable shopping experience. The role interacts regularly with customers and leads the customer experience alongside the store team. The Assistant Manager helps develop leadership skills, strategizes to achieve team sales goals, and serves as a key holder responsible for accurately and efficiently following standard operating practices, including opening and closing the store. This is a regular, full-time position at the maurices store in Foothills Mall, Fort Collins, Colorado. The posting is an evergreen requisition for future openings, with applications reviewed on a rolling basis. The hourly pay range is $20.71–$22.51, with eligibility for monthly incentive compensation based on store performance. Requirements
- At least 1 year of customer service experience.

- Must be at least 18 years of age.
