You’ll help lead a store serving nurses, therapists, veterinarians and other healthcare professionals who do extraordinary work every day. You’ll partner with the Store Manager to drive sales, develop the team, create an exceptional customer experience and keep the store running smoothly. Requirements

A confident leader who enjoys coaching and motivating others
Customer-focused with strong communication skills
Sales-minded and motivated by achieving goals
Organized, dependable and comfortable juggling multiple priorities
Proactive and able to solve problems without waiting to be asked
Comfortable learning and using retail POS and computer systems
Available to work a flexible retail schedule, including opening and closing shifts
Able to travel locally as needed, with a valid driver’s license and active auto insurance
High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
Must pass assessment test.

Retail leadership or supervisory experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Deliver an exceptional experience for every customer
Coach, motivate and develop team members while recognizing great performance
Help set, communicate and achieve store sales goals
Support daily store operations, including opening and closing responsibilities
Maintain a clean, organized, well-stocked and welcoming store
Assist with merchandising, inventory and operational standards
Help control expenses and follow Loss Prevention procedures
Identify business opportunities and partner with the Store Manager to solve problems
Build relationships with local customers and key accounts
Make bank deposits and occasionally travel locally for business needs
Support occasional off-site “pop-up” stores at client hospitals or offices
