About The Position

We’re building a pipeline of talented Retail Appointment Setters for current and future opportunities across our retail partnered locations throughout the DFW area. Requirements

Retail, customer service, sales, hospitality, or promotional experience preferred (not required).
Outgoing and confident communicator.
Positive attitude and self-motivated.
Comfortable approaching and engaging customers.
Reliable transportation.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (4-8 hours).
Comfortable using a smartphone, email, and text messaging.
No HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, or Water Treatment experience is required—we’ll teach you everything you need to know.

Responsibilities

Serve as a Brand Ambassador inside one of our retail partner locations.
Greeting customers and starting friendly conversations.
Educating homeowners about Berkeys’ Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, Water Treatment, and Generator services.
Asking questions to understand customers’ home service needs.
Scheduling free in-home estimates with our Sales Consultants.
Building relationships with store associates and leadership.
Representing Berkeys with professionalism, integrity, and enthusiasm.
Generate qualified appointments for our Sales team (no sales closing required).
