Retail Appointment Setter- Fort Myers
About The Position
Unique Services, the nation's largest provider of residential HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services, is seeking a Retail Appointment Setter. This role involves working inside a national retail home improvement store to engage customers in conversations about HVAC upgrades, air quality, and energy efficiency. The primary goal is to schedule free in-home consultations with comfort advisors. This position offers part-time and full-time opportunities with a pay rate of $20.00 per hour plus commission, with an average earning potential of $20-$30 per hour. Paid training is provided, and no prior HVAC experience is required. There is a career path into Sales Advisor roles.
Requirements
- Willingness to approach and engage retail shoppers
- Friendly, outgoing personality; sales experience a plus
- Ability to stand/walk for up to 6 hours during shift
- Reliable transportation to/from assigned store
- Available for weekend retail hours (some holidays required)
- Clean, professional appearance to represent the ARS brand
- Ability to attend weekly in-office meetings
