About The Position

All-Weather Seal of West Michigan is hiring Retail & Events Marketing Representatives to help drive growth throughout the B.C. and Kalamazoo markets and surrounding areas. In this role, you’ll represent our brand inside retail stores, at community events, trade shows, and home shows—starting conversations with homeowners, creating excitement around our products, and setting appointments for our sales team. This is not a sit-behind-a-desk job. We’re looking for energetic people who enjoy interacting with others, staying active, and being part of a competitive, team-driven culture.

Availability for evenings and weekends as needed

Experience in retail, customer service, hospitality, events, promotions, or sales is a plus — but not required

Responsibilities

Approach and engage homeowners in busy retail and event environments
Generate excitement around our products, promotions, and giveaways
Educate homeowners on our windows, bath/shower remodeling, and metal roofing solutions
Use a proven conversation process to qualify leads and set appointments
Hit daily and weekly performance goals
Help set up and maintain professional event displays and booths
Represent the company with energy, professionalism, and confidence
Work alongside a motivated team focused on growth and results
