We're hiring outgoing, reliable individuals to represent our company at local events and retail locations. If you enjoy talking to people and want to develop communicate, lead generation, and marketing skills, this could be a great fit! Renewal by Andersen is the custom window and door replacement division of Andersen Corporation, a company with over 120 years of experience. Our team works directly with homeowners to provide high quality solutions and a strong customer experience.
Requirements
- Comfortable talking to new people and building rapport
- Positive, reliable, and self-motivated
- Interested in gaining experience in sales, marketing, or customer engagement
- Able to stand for extended periods during events and lift up to 50-lbs
- Personal reliable transportation required
- Valid driver’s license
Responsibilities
- Represent the brand at events, retail stores, and community locations
- Start conversations and connect with potential customers
- Share information about our window and door solutions
- Help set up free in-home consultations for the sales team
