About The Position
AVEDA is seeking an outgoing professional with a passion for the beauty industry who wants to grow with the organization in a part-time Retail Advisor role. The position provides customer service and product guidance, supports appointments and scheduling, and helps maintain sales and stock areas.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of high-volume retail sales experience.
- Outgoing and high energy.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service by educating guests about products and performing product demonstrations on customers.
- Ensure guests have a smooth experience from the beginning of their appointment through checkout.
- Help manage appointment books and scheduling.
- Provide general product knowledge to customers and staff members.
- Help maintain clean sales and stock areas.
- Assist with monthly inventory as required.
