About The Position

As a Device Activation Representative, you’ll answer calls from Best Buy Health customers and help them activate their wireless devices and accessories. This includes processing activations and answering questions while maintaining a friendly, helpful tone. You’ll also recommend products, plans and services based on each customer’s needs. To succeed in this role, you must use strong communication and problem-solving skills in your conversations. This role is remote eligible, which means you would work virtually from home or another non-Best Buy location.

Requirements

  • 6 months or more of customer service, call center or sales experience
  • 6 months or more of experience troubleshooting technical issues and navigating multiple applications and systems simultaneously
  • Access to high-speed internet
