About The Position
Excell Marketing is seeking a dependable, self-motivated Retail Account Merchandiser to help create exceptional shopping experiences and ensure our products are displayed at their best. If you enjoy working independently, staying active throughout the day, and taking pride in seeing the direct results of your work, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. As a Retail Account Merchandiser, you'll travel to multiple retail locations each day, stocking merchandise, building eye-catching displays, and maintaining strong relationships with store teams. Every day brings variety, responsibility, and the chance to make a visible impact.
Requirements
- Reliable transportation is required to travel to all assigned retail locations within a 75-mile radius
- Valid driver’s license, a good driving record, and adequate insurance coverage (if driving yourself)
- Personal smartphone with an active service plan
- Basic computer and smartphone proficiency, including downloading and using company applications, connecting to Wi-Fi, completing reports, uploading/downloading documents, using email, and two-factor authentication
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Professional attitude and demeanor
Responsibilities
- Complete assigned service visits at multiple retail locations each day
- Unpack, stock, and merchandise products according to company planograms
- Maintain clean, organized, and visually appealing product displays
- Ensure merchandise is properly labeled and priced
- Build and maintain positive professional relationships with store management and receiving personnel
- Communicate regularly with management and field service teams through phone, email, text, and video calls
- Represent Excell Marketing with professionalism and attention to detail
