About The Position
Working with an extensive client base, TEKsystems is searching for experienced Customer Service professionals in the Baltimore, MD area! This is a Contract-to-Hire role lasting 6 months, with the opportunity to work for one of the top three Financial Organizations in the DMV area. The client hires based on character, not just skillset, as skills can be trained, offering growth opportunities through cross-training and internal promotions.
Requirements
- 1-2+ years experience in Customer Support and Computer Skills
- Diploma or GED required
- Inbound/Outbound Call Volume
- Customer Escalation
Responsibilities
- Be responsible for reviewing transaction requests and authorizations, processing transactions, and timely and accurate reconciliatory of transactions.
- Maintain department processing standards in productivity and quality.
- Be responsible for tracking responses to client inquiries to inform the development of guides that enable swift resolution of recurring issues.
- Perform duties as assigned to improve business processes, the timing and quality of client transactions, and the level of support available.
- Work to learn and understand business processes and service requirements.
- Communicate either verbally or in writing with clients.
- Navigate through multiple systems daily.
