About The Position

This role is responsible for driving sales through strong customer service, maintaining brand-enhancing store standards, and contributing to the overall operations and success of the store. The supervisor will assist in achieving sales goals, protecting company assets, and fostering a positive team environment. This position requires a proactive approach to sales, excellent customer interaction, and a commitment to operational excellence.

Requirements

Demonstrate an ability to drive sales by understanding / explaining merchandise to the customer.
Demonstrate accuracy and efficiency at point of sale.
Demonstrate ownership and accountability.
Experience in the retail industry, customer service, and inventory control.
Possess excellent selling skills.
Possess knowledge of a POS system to ring up sales.
Able to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
High School Diploma or GED required.
Able to stand, move around the store, lift/push products that weigh up to 35 pounds, and use a ladder to complete job duties.
