As a Resuscitation Program Manager (RPM) hired on an 18 month contract, you will play a key role in expanding the reach and effectiveness of our resuscitation programs and first aid education across British Columbia and Yukon. Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Resuscitation Business Development & Engagement, the RPM is responsible for driving the growth, quality, and delivery of Heart & Stroke’s resuscitation programs. This role builds and manages relationships with instructors, training providers and partners to support consistent, high-quality program delivery. Working collaboratively across teams, the RPM identifies opportunities to expand reach, ensures adherence to program standards, and contributes to continuous improvement. As a regional representative, the role provides leadership, manages complex issues, and supports alignment with national resuscitation policies, priorities, quality standards and organizational values. This is a fully remote role however candidates must live in British Columbia and have access to a vehicle to be able to travel around the province, based on the needs of the role.
