About The Position

As a Restroom Technician, you'll be at the heart of our operations. In this role, you'll operate a company forklift and handle scheduled routes throughout different locations. Your primary responsibility is to pump, clean, and maintain portable restrooms and hand wash stations at customer job sites and events. You'll also serve as a friendly representative of on-site—ensuring client satisfaction and addressing immediate needs. Primary role will be working out of our Azusa Location.

Comfort with physical labor and outdoor work in all conditions
Sit for long periods while driving and stand while servicing units
Regularly lift 40-75 lbs., bend, squat, kneel, and push/pull hoses or equipment
Work in a variety of weather conditions
Step in and out of vehicles throughout the day
Use hands and arms for manual cleaning, refilling, and maintenance

Responsibilities

Operate a Forklift truck safely and in compliance with regulations and standards
Pump, clean, restock, and maintain portable restrooms and hand wash stations to meet cleanliness and quality standards
Lift and maneuver heavy equipment and hoses—regularly pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 75 lbs
Maintain a clean and organized vehicle, tools, and work environment
Communicate with yard lead and your supervisor throughout the day for updates or route adjustments
Provide outstanding customer service on job sites by being courteous, professional, and responsive
Share route feedback and suggestions to help improve efficiency and service quality
Monitor and report equipment needs or repairs promptly
