About The Position
The Budd Group is hosting an open house hiring event with on-the-spot job offers. We have two positions available for restroom cleaners: one for a 4pm-4am shift, 4 days on and 4 days off, and another for a 7am-3pm shift, Monday through Friday. This role involves working in an extremely dirty environment, including cleaning around machinery, entering confined spaces, and working at heights. Safety is a top priority, and candidates must be able to handle heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks.
Requirements
- Must be 18+ years old.
- Ability to pass a drug and background screening.
- Must be able to lift 75+ lbs. regularly.
- A willingness to get the job done—no excuses!
- Be prepared to take a drug screen within 24 hours of job offer.
Responsibilities
- Sweep, dust, mop, and vacuum.
- Clean restrooms and locker rooms.
- Clean around machinery and equipment to ensure safety.
- Enter confined spaces in machines and etc. to clean the insides of them.
- Walk on a catwalk 200 ft in the air to access machines.
- Take on extra tasks as needed.
