About The Position

Madison Square Garden Entertainment Corp. The Restroom Attendant will be responsible for the cleanliness and organization of their assigned restroom(s) during events at MSG Arena & Theater.

Requirements

  • Must possess understanding of basic cleaning applications such as sweeping, mopping & detailing.
  • Must adhere to company uniform policy.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively and follow directions.
  • Will possess excellent communication skills, work ethic, and strong attention to detail, leadership qualities and ability to work in a team environment.
  • Able to walk and stand during for duration of shift apart from scheduled breaks.
  • Lifting, pushing, pulling up to 50 bs.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, have split days off, work weekends and holidays in a 24 X 7 environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous guest service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Removes restroom trash, sweeps, mops, wipes down surfaces, cleans toilets, sinks and mirrors.
  • Maintains restroom supplies, such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap and hand sanitizer.
  • Report any maintenance concerns or potential safety issues.
  • Creates an inviting, welcoming and positive atmosphere within the arena & theater and for generating positive and memorable guest experiences during all events.
  • Provide exceptional experiences for our guests, partners, and team members, including by adhering to our appearance and presentation guidelines while on-site.
