About The Position

This role is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and quality of restrooms, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience for guests. The attendant will perform various cleaning tasks, stock supplies, and assist guests while adhering to safety protocols and company guidelines. The position requires availability for flexible scheduling, including weekends and holidays, and involves working in various weather conditions.

Requirements

• Must be able to walk or stand for extended periods of time.
• Must regularly lift and/or move up to 25lbs, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 lbs with assistance.
• Must be available to work at least 4 days per week throughout the peak seasons to include a rotation of mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Distribute mops to all restroom locations.
• Check and stock storage closets and restroom stalls and dispensers.
• Maintain cleanliness and quality of restrooms, including wiping mirrors and countertops, cleaning overflowing toilets, emptying trashcans, spraying air freshener, sweeping and mopping floors.
• Maintain organization and stock of toiletries in restrooms, ensuring towels, toilet paper, seat covers, and soap dispensers are filled.
• Report any maintenance concerns.
• Empty modest containers in each restroom stall and replace with new bags.
• Remove any graffiti from walls and bathroom stalls.
• Assist with sweeping in transition from restroom to restroom if needed.
• Restock, empty trash, and collect and replace department-specific paperwork from restroom locations.
• Promote and provide extraordinary guest service, answer questions, and offer information courteously.
• Seek to provide assistance to guests where appropriate.
• Understand and demonstrate proper use of safety practices and ensure department standards and safety policies are maintained.
• Monitor and maintain a safe and secure environment for team members and guests.
• Identify, de-escalate, and resolve conflicts or disturbances professionally and effectively.
• Provide a positive and welcoming experience for guests while maintaining composure during difficult interactions.
• Maintain a high level of trust and integrity to promote a safe, secure, and welcoming environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned, such as sweeping areas of the park, emptying trashcans, and detailing.
