Exceptional Rehab, located within the warm and welcoming Siena Woods facility, is dedicated to delivering high-quality, compassionate therapy services to individuals in need of rehabilitative care. We focus on improving the quality of life for our residents through personalized, attentive care and fostering a supportive, team-oriented environment. We are located in Dayton, OH. Sienna Woods Care Center offers an extensive range of services to each patient and resident we serve. We pride ourselves on the development of appropriate solutions for each individual.
