About The Position
White Oak Manor of Lancaster is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join their team as a RN Safety/Restorative at their long-term care facility. This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, on the first shift. The role involves making a real impact in the lives of residents by providing top-notch nursing care, monitoring health status, responding to changes, and collaborating with physicians, CNAs, and care teams to ensure residents feel safe, respected, and cared for.
Requirements
- A current RN license in good standing
- A passion for elderly care
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- Dependable, flexible, and team-oriented attitude
