About The Position
White Oak Manor of Lancaster is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join their team as a RN Safety/Restorative. This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, first shift, in a warm and welcoming Long Term Care Facility. The role offers the opportunity to make a real impact in the lives of residents, gain valuable experience in long term and geriatric care, and work in a supportive environment where skills and heart truly matter.
Requirements
- A current RN license in good standing
- A passion for elderly care
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- Dependable, flexible, and team-oriented attitude
Responsibilities
- Deliver top-notch nursing care to our residents
- Monitor health status and respond to changes quickly and compassionately
- Collaborate with physicians, CNAs, and care teams
- Ensure residents feel safe, respected, and cared for
