Victory Learning Center will include working with students, 5 – 21 years old that are typically diagnosed on the Autism spectrum with mental health concerns and developmental or intellectual disabilities. The Restorative Practices (Restorative Justice) Coordinator will provide comprehensive, culturally competent, and neurodiversity-affirming restorative support to students at Victory Learning Center (VLC). This role ensures the implementation of restorative practices that are accessible to students with diverse communication styles, cognitive profiles, and sensory needs.The position also provides professional development and support to administrators, teachers, and support staff, emphasizing strategies for adapting restorative practices for students with communication barriers, social processing differences, and varying developmental levels.
