About The Position
Alhambra Post Acute is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Restorative Nursing Assistant (RNA) to join our team! If you’re passionate about helping residents regain independence and improve their quality of life, we’d love to meet you.
Requirements
- Current CNA certification in good standing
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Reliable, motivated, and detail-oriented
Nice To Haves
- RNA experience or training preferred (or willingness to learn)
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with restorative nursing programs under the direction of licensed nursing staff
- Support mobility, strengthening, and range-of-motion exercises
- Encourage resident participation and progress toward individualized goals
- Accurately document care and communicate changes in condition
- Work collaboratively with therapy and nursing teams
