About The Position
This position is for a Restorative Nursing Assistant in Training who enjoys caring for others and wants a job with meaning and purpose. The organization will pay for tuition, books, and tests to help the trainee obtain their Nursing Assistant certification. This is a full-time day shift position, working 64 hours per pay period, and includes generous personal leave time and free training.
Requirements
- Willing to get NAR certification in Minnesota
- Strong communication skills
- Compassion and respect for the elderly and individuals in need of care
- Ability to work collaboratively with staff, residents, and families
