About The Position

Carolina Therapy Services is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Restorative Nursing Aide (RNA/CNA) to join our skilled nursing team in Murphy, NC. The Restorative Nursing Aide provides restorative nursing services to residents in accordance with individualized Therapy and Nursing Plans of Care. This role focuses on helping residents maintain or improve mobility, independence, and overall quality of life through consistent, supportive care.

Requirements

• Current CNA certification required
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care

Nice To Haves

• Experience in skilled nursing or restorative nursing preferred

Responsibilities

• Deliver restorative nursing services as outlined in resident care plans
• Assist residents with exercises, ambulation, and daily activities to support functional goals
• Accurately document resident progress and report any changes in condition
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure quality patient outcomes
