We are currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Restorative CNA to assist with our restorative nursing prog ra m. As a Restorative CNA, you will play an essential role in promoting resident independence, mobility, and overall well-being. You will work under the direction of our Restorative Nurse to implement restorative nursing interventions and provide support to residents participating in restorative programs.

Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting, while promoting independence and dignity.
- Implement restorative nursing interventions, including range of motion exercises, ambulation programs, and activities to maintain and improve resident mobility and function.
- Provide direct care and supervision to residents participating in restorative programs, ensuring safety and adherence to care plans.
- Document resident participation, progress, and outcomes accurately and timely in accordance with regulatory standards and facility policies.
- Collaborate with nursing staff, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and optimize resident outcomes.
- Participate in educational opportunities and training sessions to enhance restorative care skills and knowledge.
