Responsibilities
- Assist residents with dressing, grooming, eating, bathing, positioning, turning, toileting and exercising.
- Give treatments, perform tests, carry out procedures and collect specimens as instructed.
- Report and record observations and results of treatments, tests, procedures and collects specimens as instructed.
- Transfer, transport and escort residents as needed.
- Answer signal lights promptly.
- Change bed linens, make beds and keep rooms clean and orderly.
- Assists with ongoing assessment of residents’ needs to promote independence
- Maintains accurate records of observations and services rendered to residents
