About The Position

Eagle Crest Rapid Recovery is seeking a Restorative Nursing Assistant (RNA) to join their team. This role involves planning, implementing, and overseeing restorative care services while ensuring compliance with regulations. The RNA will collaborate with various departments for effective restorative care planning and execution, establish and maintain standards, policies, and procedures for restorative care delivery, and participate in resident assessments, care planning, and discharge planning related to restorative care. Additionally, the RNA will provide guidance and training to restorative care personnel and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders. Requirements

• Must possess a current license from an approved CNA Program.
• Minimum of 1 year experience as a CNA in long-term care.

Nice To Haves

• Previous training in rehabilitation and restorative therapy practice preferred.
