About The Position

As a Restorative Aide | CNA, you will be responsible for delivering rehabilitative and therapeutic services as ordered and supervised by licensed medical staff and in accordance with accepted standards of practice, state and federal regulations and licensing requirements. Restorative Aides (CNA) assist residents to achieve or maintain their highest practicable level of ADL function through consistent, structured, and controlled re-teaching and retraining techniques to promote increased participation in activities of daily living.

Requirements

Must have RA license
Must have active, and in good standing, Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of practice
Prior experience as a Restorative Aide in a LTC/SNF required
Professional image in both appearance and behavior
Excellent written and oral communication skills
