About The Position

ServiceMaster Recovery by Restoration Holdings is a rapidly expanding restoration company with 5 locations across Wisconsin. As the second-largest restoration company in the state, we are dedicated to continuous growth and exceptional customer service. We provide services for water, fire, mold, and more. As a Restoration Technician, you will help distinguish our company with professionalism and best practices, creating customer loyalty.
Requirements
- Valid Driver's License.
- On-call 7 days a month.
- Up to 1 month of travel per year out of state.
- Results-oriented, self-driven, and able to command urgency and reactions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong, professional work ethic.
- Strong organization and time management skills, including the ability to meet all deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Completing tasks assigned by the Project Manager related to fire, water, and mold disaster restoration services.
- Ensuring all documents, photos, and job notes are scanned and labeled in the job in Chronicle.
- Following proper procedures as the job progresses and is completed.
- Additional duties as assigned.
