About The Position

Starting pay is $17-$22 per hour. Opportunity for quarterly bonus. Full insurance package: medical, dental, vision, and more. Fully vested 401K with employer match. Opportunities for restoration certifications. Position located in St. Rose, LA. Requirements

• Relationship building/maintenance skills
• Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and meet deadlines
• Personable with good communication skills
• Hard working TEAM player who can easily adapt to changing needs
• Strong desire to learn and excel
• Must have and maintain a valid drivers license as driving for business is required up to 20+% of time
• Must be reliable, dependable, and drug free
• Must be available to work after hours, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Assist project manager on various construction projects
• Assess property damage and create cleaning plan
• General labor duties such as gutting, cleaning, and packing
• General cleaning at the end of projects
• Participate in demolition and reconstruction process
• Maintain safe job-site
• Prepare various types of equipment for upcoming jobs
• Pre and post construction clean-up
