SERVPRO® Restoration Technician
About The Position
The Restoration Technician performs restoration processes to meet the service needs of individual restoration projects and maintain the professional appearance of SERVPRO® equipment as well as an assigned service vehicle. This role represents the best in the cleanup and restoration industry by providing quality, consistent, and efficient work. SERVPRO® Team Cuthbertson is seeking an organized and detail-oriented technician who excels in communication and problem-solving. Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Strong work ethic.
- Strong oral communication skills.
- This job requires the use of Personal Protective Equipment including the wear and use of respirators.
- Ability to successfully complete a background check, drug screen, and clean driving record; subject to applicable law.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction industries preferred.
- IICRC certifications preferred
Responsibilities
- Inventory and load the work vehicle with equipment, products, and supplies needed for each project.
- Maintain a clean and organized vehicle and clean equipment appearance.
- Prepare rooms/areas for work activities.
- Set up staging areas and equipment for each project.
- Perform restoration processes as directed.
- Adhere to safety and risk management guidelines at all times.
- Communicate with manager, supervisor, and other technicians to maintain efficient restoration processes.
- Perform end-of-day/end-of-job cleanup and breakdown.
- Leave the jobsite with a clean and orderly appearance.
- Clean and maintain the warehouse, office, and grounds, as assigned.
