About The Position

CLEAN USA is a growing restoration company focused on helping customers through some of the most stressful situations they will ever face, including water damage, mold, fire damage, and property cleanup. This role involves assisting with water, mold, fire, cleaning, and property restoration services. Responsibilities may include arriving at customer properties on time and ready to work, performing water extraction, demolition, cleaning, drying, and jobsite setup, setting up and monitoring drying equipment such as air movers, dehumidifiers, and air filtration devices, removing damaged materials, contents, furniture, and debris as needed, assisting with mold remediation and fire/smoke damage cleaning, using power tools and restoration equipment safely and properly, keeping jobsites clean, organized, and safe, following company procedures, safety guidelines, and industry standards, completing assigned work within expected time frames, helping ensure every project is completed to the customer’s satisfaction, and supporting the team with other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Restoration, construction, demolition, or cleaning experience is preferred.
Prior water, fire, or mold restoration experience is strongly preferred.
Mold remediation knowledge is a plus.
Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, and restoration equipment.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to lift heavy materials, work on your feet for extended periods, and perform physical labor.
Good problem-solving skills.
Strong communication skills.
Dependable, professional, and willing to follow direction.
Valid driver’s license may be required for travel between job sites.
Must be willing to work overtime or emergency service hours when needed.

Responsibilities
