Requirements
- Restoration or cleaning industry experience preferred
- Leadership experience a plus
- IICRC certifications preferred (or willingness to earn)
- Valid driver’s license
- Strong work ethic and willingness to grow
Responsibilities
- Perform restoration and demolition work
- Learn to lead and coordinate restoration projects
- Maintain job documentation and safety standards
- Prepare job sites and manage equipment
- Communicate with technicians and supervisors
