As a Restoration Technician, you'll be on the front lines of emergency response, providing water, fire, mold, storm, and specialty cleaning services that make a real difference for our customers. Requirements

Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
Ability to work rotating on-call shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Nice To Haves

Construction, restoration, demolition, or general labor experience is preferred but not required.
IICRC certifications are a plus (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

Respond to water, fire, mold, storm, and other property damage emergencies.
Perform water extraction, demolition, debris removal, cleaning, and restoration services.
Set up, monitor, and maintain drying and restoration equipment.
Document job progress using company software and mobile technology.
Load, maintain, and organize company vehicles, equipment, and materials.
Communicate professionally with customers, teammates, and management.
Follow all SERVPRO procedures and safety standards.
Participate in rotating on-call schedules for emergency response.
