Requirements

You’re a "Handy" Person: You’ve dabbled in construction, DIY, or just like figuring out how things work.

You’re Reliable: You have a valid driver’s license and are down for the occasional on-call shift (because disasters don't keep 9-to-5 hours).

Responsibilities

Rapid Response: Jump into action for water, fire, and storm emergencies.
The "Dirty" Work (That Matters): Perform water extraction, demolition, and specialty drying using high-tech gear.
Tech & Tools: Manage your work vehicle, inventory your kit, and master professional restoration equipment.
Communication: Keep homeowners in the loop so they feel safe and informed while you work your magic.
