Requirements

Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Professional appearance and excellent communication skills
Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn
Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical work throughout the day
Valid driver's license preferred with a clean driving record
Dependable, coachable, respectful, and willing to work hard

Nice To Haves

Construction, restoration, demolition, moving, landscaping, painting, warehouse, or other hands-on experience is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

Respond to residential and commercial property damage emergencies
Perform water extraction, demolition, cleanup, and drying services
Assist with fire, mold, and storm damage restoration
Perform light reconstruction and general construction duties
Set up and monitor drying equipment
Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment
Keep jobsites clean, organized, and safe
Deliver exceptional customer service while working in occupied homes and businesses
