About The Position

SERVPRO of Victoria, TX is seeking self-motivated, proactive, responsible, and service-oriented teammates to join us in our mission of helping customers in their greatest moments of need by repairing and restoring homes and businesses with an industry-leading level of service. This is a full-time position with opportunities for career growth and hands-on work where you can learn valuable restoration skills. You will respond to water & fire damage emergencies, perform cleanup, demo, extraction, and drying, use professional equipment & company vehicles, and work directly with customers & your team. We offer overtime pay for all hours over 40, paid time off, and opportunities to move up. We are an equal opportunity employer.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license
• Able to lift 50+ lbs & work in physical environments
• Willing to take occasional on‑call shifts
