Requirements

• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Comfortable with physical, hands-on work
• Valid driver’s license
• Can pass a background check according to industry standards and company policy

Nice To Haves

• Construction, restoration, cleaning, or trade experience preferred
• Supervisors should have leadership or industry experience
• IICRC Certification
• Construction or restoration background

Responsibilities

• Respond to water/fire damage emergencies
• Perform cleanup, demolition, drying, and restoration work
• Operate restoration equipment
• Maintain tools, vehicles, and job documentation
• Provide excellent customer service
• Lead and supervise restoration crews
• Manage job schedules and quality control
• Communicate with customers and project managers
• Train technicians and ensure OSHA safety compliance
