You'll set up drying and restoration equipment, remove damaged materials, and prepare work areas for the next stage of repair. You'll assist with water extraction, demolition, and cleanup while learning to follow industry standards and safety protocols. Working side by side with experienced technicians, you'll see how teamwork and attention to detail turn damaged spaces into safe, restored environments. Your initiative and reliability keep every project moving smoothly and every client feeling supported.

Requirements

6 months of experience in restoration, construction, or a related field (cleaning or emergency services experience an asset)
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new techniques and equipment
Proficient in using mobile/smart devices
Basic computer skills
Effective communication skills
Valid FULL G driver's license and clear driver's abstract depending
Fit test and other safety certifications
Ability to complete work activities that may involve material handling, lifting, climbing, and the use of personal protective equipment including respirators, safety footwear, and other required gear
