United Water Restoration Group of Missouri City is seeking a dependable, motivated Restoration Technician / Crew Lead with hands-on experience in water mitigation, mold remediation, demolition, and emergency response. The ideal candidate will be able to take ownership of jobs, manage work in the field, communicate professionally, and deliver an excellent customer experience. Requirements

  • Restoration industry experience required
  • Ability to run a job with minimal supervision
  • Strong leadership skills and sound decision-making in the field
  • Hard-working, punctual, organized, and professional in appearance and communication
  • Self-motivated and dependable
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality work and proper documentation
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Experience with water mitigation, mold remediation, and demolition work
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving history
  • Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
  • Must be able to regularly lift and move up to 50 lbs. of equipment and materials
  • Comfortable using technology including iPhone, iPad, and job management software
  • Available for emergency response work and on-call rotation

Nice To Haves

  • IICRC certifications are a plus, or willingness to continue professional development
  • Carpet cleaning experience is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

  • Run restoration jobs independently and lead projects from start to finish
  • Follow IICRC standards for water mitigation, mold remediation, and related restoration services
  • Perform demolition of affected building materials in a safe and professional manner
  • Set up and monitor drying equipment and document progress throughout the job
  • Communicate clearly with customers, team members, office staff, and insurance professionals
  • Complete daily job documentation, photos, moisture readings, and notes in company software
  • Work safely in residential and commercial properties damaged by water, mold, fire, storm, and other emergencies
  • Participate in an on-call schedule for emergency service calls, which may include evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Help maintain equipment, vehicles, and job site organization
  • Deliver excellent customer service during stressful situations for homeowners and property managers
