Requirements
- 6+ months of restoration experience.
- IICRC WRT certified.
- Excellent communicator and motivator.
- Reliable and professional with a valid driver’s license.
Responsibilities
- Mentor restoration technicians, set clear expectations, and maintain high standards on every project.
- Build positive relationships with customers and ensure their satisfaction.
- Document job progress, manage labor, and ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.
- Identify safety hazards and implement solutions to keep everyone safe.
- Participate in an on-call rotation, assisting with local and out-of-town storm recovery efforts.
- Train and mentor your team to develop their skills and confidence.
