Requirements

Understanding and follow through in Greenwood’s Core Values and Mission Statement.
Confident and professional communication skills via phone and face to face interaction with homeowners and team members.
Experience with and able to navigate mobile devices (Apple products) with the ability to learn new software.
Attention to detail when debriefing office or homeowner about your teams findings in the field.
Service oriented and ability to interact with all customer service scenarios (positive and negative).
Ability to empathize and work through challenging problem-solving situations.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
IICRC Certifications in: Applied Structural Drying Technician (ASD), Mold Remediation Specialist (MRS), Water Restoration Technician (WRT)
Deep understanding of: Insurance processes, Estimating & claims, Subrogation
Xactimate software experience
Mitigate software experience

Responsibilities

Work hand in hand with other department supervisors to ensure all client jobs are taken care of with the utmost respect.
Work with teams to fix water damage, floor damage, dry wall repairs, etc.
Ensure we have the proper licensing and certificates to stay credible with insurance.
Work with office staff to ensure correct material is ready to head to the job site.
Engage in client discussions professionally and politely to uncover their needs.
