Requirements

• Proven track record as a Superintendent or in a similar construction management role.
• Deep understanding of construction procedures and project management principles.
• Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and drawings with precision.
• Knowledgeable in health and safety standards and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily operations on the construction site.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and labor force.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and building codes.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to project managers.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction.
• Conduct quality control inspections to ensure top-notch standards.
