Requirements

Restoration industry experience preferred
IICRC certifications are highly valued
Strong work ethic and reliability
Ability to work independently while also contributing positively to a team
Professional communication and customer service skills
Ability to stay calm and solution-focused in stressful situations
Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
Ability to lift equipment and perform physical job duties in varying environments

Responsibilities

Perform water mitigation, demolition, structural drying, pack-outs, and restoration-related services
Respond to residential and commercial losses involving water, fire, mold, and other property damage
Set up and monitor drying equipment
Document jobs, photos, moisture readings, and job progress accurately
Communicate professionally with homeowners, insurance carriers, office staff, and project managers
Maintain clean, organized job sites and company vehicles
Follow all safety standards, company procedures, and industry best practices
Assist with emergency after-hours/on-call rotation as needed
