About The Position
The client is located in the Waltham, MA area and has an opportunity for an Architect. This role involves working as a Project Architect for a client in the construction industry. The position will be responsible for project management, construction administration, and design reviews on restoration projects. This is a contract-to-hire role with a long-term need for the client. This role requires on-site work.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Architecture
- 5+ years of experience in a project architect/job captain role
- Revit experience - able to review drawings and make revisions if needed
- Experience with commercial and industrial projects
Nice To Haves
- RA preferred
- Knowledge of concrete and steel restoration projects preferred
- Structural experience preferred
