About The Position

Lead residential and commercial restoration projects from start to finish, ensuring quality, timeliness, and customer satisfaction. Coordinate and manage skilled trades, vendors, and internal teams to keep projects moving efficiently. Serve homeowners and business owners during challenging times, providing clear communication and dependable support. Monitor project scope, budgets, and timelines to ensure jobs are completed on target and within expectations. Problem-solve in real time, adapting to changing conditions on active job sites. Continuously build knowledge in construction, restoration, and industry best practices. Contribute to a strong team culture while supporting the growth of a fast-paced, service-driven business. RPM's work with homeowners, in-house carpenters and sub-contractors after traumatic events such as a fire or flood to clean up and repair damage to residential and commercial properties. As a RPM, you will manage the renovation, as well as control and communicate the budget effectively. This means you will spend a good deal of time in the field to see your projects get completed properly. Serving people in their time of need requires more than just technical skill—it takes leadership, empathy & trust. We need someone who can build strong relationships with customers & teammates, communicate clearly, and confidently lead projects to completion. You’ll play a key role in guiding both clients & crews through the restoration process, ensuring every job is handled with care, urgency, and professionalism.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience on Xactimate and/or Symbility estimating platforms is beneficial
  • Commercial construction is a plus
  • Existing relationships with tradesmen is a plus
