About The Position
Roto-Rooter is seeking an experienced estimator with insurance claims experience to join their fast-growing water restoration team for their West Regional team. This is a full-time position based out of their Arizona Call Center located in Tempe, AZ. The hourly range for this position is $23.00-$25.00, depending on experience, with an opportunity for a performance-based bonus. Requirements
- Insurance claims experience is required.
- Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Outstanding organizational, time management and follow-up skills.
- Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills.
- Driver’s License.
Nice To Haves
- Xactimate software and estimate writing experience is preferred.
- Administrative billing & collections experience in the restoration or service industry is preferred.
- Bilingual preferred, but not required.
Responsibilities
- Use Xactimate estimating software to write detailed water restoration estimates for residential and commercial customers.
- Maintain communication with customers and insurance adjusters.
- Submit estimates to insurance companies for payment.
- Follow established billing and collections procedures.
