You'll gather critical information, calm anxious customers, coordinate with our operations teams, and ensure every job starts accurately and quickly. Requirements

  • Loves staying organized
  • Enjoys helping people during difficult situations
  • Learns new technology quickly
  • Can juggle multiple priorities without losing attention to detail
  • Communicates professionally with customers and teammates
  • Takes ownership and follows through
  • 2+ years in customer service, administration, dispatch, intake, call center, or office support
  • Experience with customer phone calls and data entry
  • Comfortable working across multiple computer systems at the same time

Nice To Haves

  • Restoration, construction, insurance, or service industry experience is a plus—but not required

Responsibilities

  • Receive and process new restoration job assignments
  • Gather customer, insurance, and property information accurately
  • Create new jobs in multiple software systems
  • Route emergency losses to the appropriate branch and team
  • Answer incoming calls and emails with professionalism and empathy
  • Communicate with customers, insurance carriers, property managers, and internal teams
  • Maintain accurate documentation and update job information as projects evolve
  • Help ensure every restoration project starts smoothly and efficiently
