Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in restoration, construction, or a related field preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a high-volume environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with restoration or project management software (e.g., Xactimate, JobNimbus, or similar) a plus
- Familiarity with insurance claims and restoration industry terminology preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule restoration projects including water, fire, and mold remediation jobs
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the restoration process
- Communicate with field technicians, subcontractors, and project managers to ensure timely job completion
- Track project timelines, work orders, and job documentation using restoration management software
- Assist with insurance claim coordination and maintain accurate records for billing purposes
- Monitor job progress and proactively address scheduling conflicts or delays
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety protocols, and company procedures
