About The Position

The role of Floor Display Supervisor will oversee the floor display team members who are stocking merchandise on sales floor.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous retail or stocking experience
• Ability to read English (or another language as may be required for one specific location) sufficiently to read invoices, repair orders, faxed requests, and similar written materials.
• Basic English language writing skills.
• Basic math skills, including addition and subtraction, necessary to verify quantity of merchandise being pulling or being returned to stock.
• Ability to grasp and lift or otherwise move goods weighing up to 75 pounds unassisted or up to 150 pounds with assistance.
• Ability to stand and/or sit and continuously perform essential job functions for a seven and one-half hour shift, with two fifteen-minute breaks and one-half hour meal break.

Nice To Haves

• Previous supervisory experience a plus

Responsibilities

• Supervise the floor display team.
• Manage the stock outside of the inner circle.
• Move stock from warehouse to sales floor.
