This is a multi-faceted Food and Beverage position that incorporates cross training on three essential supportive functions: bussing tables, running food, and breakfast buffet attendant. The role is responsible for maintaining a tidy and welcoming environment for guests, stocking service stations, assisting servers, running food, coordinating with kitchen staff, greeting and seating guests, setting up and replenishing the breakfast buffet, ensuring food safety standards, arranging seating areas, managing inventory, maintaining equipment, and providing the highest quality of service to guests. The position requires early morning shifts, including weekends and holidays, and the ability to interact with guests and staff in a busy environment. The role involves carrying trays and moving items up to 30 pounds, as well as bending, twisting, lifting, and standing for the duration of the shift. Strong customer service skills and thorough knowledge of menus are essential.
